Refund & Return Policy

At My Preffy, we take pride in the quality of every order we ship. We strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Only if your order arrives damaged in transit will we evaluate a claim for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mypreffy.in within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.

To raise a damage claim, your email must include:

       Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product(s)

       Your order number and proof of purchase

       A photo of the shipping label on the box

Claims submitted without photo and video evidence will not be processed. Once received, our team will inspect the evidence and respond within 1–2 working days.

Non-Delivery

If you have not received your order despite a delivery notification, please notify us within 48 hours of the notification. Timely reporting allows us to investigate and resolve the issue with our courier partner promptly.

Resolution

Once your damage claim is reviewed and approved:

       You may choose either a full refund or a replacement of the same product.

       Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.

       Replacements will be dispatched within 2 working days of claim approval. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Conditions Under Which Claims Will Not Be Accepted

       The product has been used, altered, or tampered with

       Damage is due to improper handling by the customer after delivery

       The claim is raised after 48 hours of delivery

       No valid photo/video proof or proof of purchase is provided

       The item was provided as a free gift or as part of a promotional offer

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details - including product, quantity, and delivery address - are correct before completing your purchase.

Legal Note

My Preffy currently ships to all serviceable addresses within India. We work with trusted domestic courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to the courier company's and/or postal service's norms and operational timelines.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, particularly for remote or hard-to-reach areas. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and applicable courier rates. The shipping charge applicable to your order will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If delivery cannot be completed due to factors outside our control — such as an inaccessible location, repeated failed delivery attempts, or force majeure events — we will inform you immediately, cancel the order, and process a full refund to your original payment method.
